Pastors/Youth Leaders
At Reach America we are reaching leaders, ages 29 and under, to lead our nation back to Christ and to our founding Judeo-Christianvalues.
We want to be a blessing to you and in your local church. We hope to assist you in identifying and training up the young leaders in your congregation to become impact leaders in their home, church, school and community. We are currently in “pilot mode.” To our knowledge, there is not another program in America designed like ours. We hope to find pastors/Youth Pastors willing to help pioneer this cultural impacting program.
Our process is simple.
First, under the leadership of the local pastor/Youth Pastor, we will identify young adults, ages 29 and under, to attend our one-day introductory training event. In this training event, young leaders will be introduced to the “Five Levels of Leadership.”
These five levels are designed after Christ’s model of servant-leadership, my 34 years of observing great Christian leaders in America and personally witnessing, in my own life, the effectiveness of these leadership principles. These five levels are applicable to any context where one desires to be an effective leader.
Secondly, we want to help young adults lead in the local church where God has called them to serve.
Thirdly, on a monthly basis, your leaders will be meeting together with young leaders from other local churches in the program for additional training, discussion, community impact and prayer.
Fourthly, Reach America will provide education opportunities for local churches in these areas; developing a Christian world view, early American history, the cultural decline in America, Christian impact in the Public Square and basic leadership.
Working together, we can make a difference for Christ. I look forward to sharing more with you about Reach America and our goal to reach the next generation of great Christian American leaders.
