The Leadership Program Tour
Thank you for taking our tour! This is Gary Brown, founder of Reach America, and your tour guide. If you have five minutes you can take the four-stop tour of our leadership program.
Stop #1: Our Vision
At Reach America we are reaching and equipping leaders, ages 29 and under, to lead our nation back to Christ and to our founding Judeo-Christian Values.
To accomplish this vision, Reach America is partnering with parents, local churches, schools and other ministries to create a Christ-centered movement of the generation, ages 29 and under.
When a Christian young person becomes involved in our program he or she will be equipped to defend their Christian faith, and the Christian founding of America. These are essential arrows for a young person to have in their quiver, but what makes Reach America unique is that we prepare young leaders in how to lead people.
What makes Reach America unique and effective?
We teach Christian young people how to reach out to others and how to build coalitions. It is not enough for Christian young people to have the right beliefs and values. It is not enough for them to have the ability to give speeches, debate, communicate and defend Christianity. Unless our Christian youth develop the skills necessary to lead people and build coalitions, they will fall short of their goal to effectively lead.
At Reach America we encourage Christian young people to develop a “Leadership Lifestyle.” In other words, a leader, “LEADS.”
